This website is full of practical information on sexual health. As well as having great information on the website, they have a confidential free phone number you can call for advice. If you’d like to speak to someone in person, you can look up clinics, doctors and counsellors in your local area.
Come here for advice on emergency contraception and useful information on the clinics and helplines you can access if you’re worried about your sexual health.
The FPA is the only registered charity working to improve the sexual health and reproductive rights of all people throughout the UK. Come here for all the answers to any contraception questions you might have. There are also descriptions of different STIs and great advice on coping with an unplanned pregnancy.
Colleges and universities all have advisors, doctors surgeries and free contraception, so find out where you can access these resources. It may feel embarrassing talking about these things, but any professional you speak to really will have heard it all before, so shouldn't be judgemental.
